Colleges and career schools use the FAFSA form to determine how much financial aid you're eligible to receive, which could include grants, scholarships, work-study funds, and loans. You must apply for aid every year, but with the right information in hand, it's easy.

Financial Aid Forms

Our office is now requiring students to complete and submit their financial aid forms ONLINE.

This prevents you from having to complete a paper form and bring it in to our office. When you sign in to your My吃瓜不打烊account online and click on the appropriate form, you will be taken directly to that form and be able to complete and submit it immediately.

Our office will receive the documentation and have it processed within 7 鈥� 10 business days. The new system will make the process of submitting financial aid documents much easier and more efficient. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact our office.

Required Verification Forms

Required documents for financial aid are available online through student’s My吃瓜不打烊portal. The list below are in addition to documents required to establish eligibility for all federal aid programs.

The following must be completed in-person at the Financial Aid Office:

Please be sure to have a non-expired/current government issued ID with you, when completing this form in the Financial Aid Office. Examples: State Driver’s License, State ID Card, US Passport, Permanent Resident Card.

  1. Request a decrease in your Federal Direct Stafford Loans
  2. Request a cancellation of your Federal Direct Stafford Loans
  3. Request a decrease or cancellation of your Federal Work Study
  4. Declining Financial Aid Award
  5. Title IV Authorization

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

  • Documentation must be uploaded
  • Incomplete appeals will be automatically denied.
