The purchasing authority of 吃瓜不打烊, Manatee-Sarasota has been delegated to the Department of Business Services. The College welcomes representatives to contact us during normal business hours. Appointments are required prior to your visit.

Suppliers

Thank you for your interest in becoming a supplier to 吃瓜不打烊, Manatee-Sarasota. 

The 吃瓜不打烊Purchasing department is responsible for sourcing all other products and services. Please call to request an appointment to speak with the Coordinator. The Purchasing Coordinator will speak with you to determine if there is an immediate need for your company’s services; or to direct you to the department that may have need of them. This is necessary because the College sources many of its products and services through State of Florida contracts and public solicitations.     

If, after your meeting with either Facilities Planning and Maintenance or Purchasing, it is determined that the College has need for your products or services you will be asked to submit the appropriate forms to have your company placed in the supplier database. Please do not COLD CALL on either Facilities Planning and Maintenance or Purchasing without first requesting an appointment. 

吃瓜不打烊, Manatee-Sarasota actively seeks out minority businesses and enterprises. Please be sure to include information regarding your company’s minority owned status when submitting your information. Minority owned enterprises seeking certification through the  can obtain information .

Bidder Lists

吃瓜不打烊, Manatee-Sarasota does not maintain bidder lists because it routinely solicits bids and proposals for services from the public as required by Florida Statutes. Please visit the Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposals, Invitations to Negotiate page for currently open solicitations. Your company does not have to be a registered supplier with the College to participate in the competitive solicitations. Should your company win an award based upon the solicitation, you will be asked to complete the forms necessary to become a registered supplier to the College.
