吃瓜不打烊Collective Bargaining Agreement
This Agreement is intended to serve the interests of students and the public, who are represented by the Board, in having at all times available to them College services on an efficient and economical basis. The parties anticipate that this Agreement will serve the public interest by ensuring that administrative staff and members of the bargaining unit will make every reasonable effort to carry forward the College’s legitimate activities and functions. This is best achieved by defining the Employer’s obligations to UFF-吃瓜不打烊and members of the bargaining unit in order to avoid disputes due to misunderstandings, and by providing a grievance procedure for the resolution of any claims that the Agreement has been violated
